                     Let’s see the production process of the ship model of the Thai Royal Barges

เรือพระที่นั่งอนันตนาคราช

ตัดกระดูกงูตามแบบที่กำหนด

Cut the keel as planned  

ต่อกระดูกงูแต่ละช่วงเหมือนแบบเรือจริง

Construct the keel the same method as in the authentic ships

เมื่อต่อเสร็จแล้ววางขนาดให้ตรง

Set the accurate size after finishing the keel

ตรวจสอบให้ตรงตามแบบเรือ

Re-check with the ship plan

ตรวจสอบความโค้งของกระดูกงู

Re-check the curve of the keel

วางแบบกงสำรองตามจุดต่างๆและตั้งให้ได้ฉาก

Place the auxiliary rim and make sure they are perpendicular 

วางเส้นหลักให้ได้ตามความโค้งของขอบเรือ

Place the main line as the curve of the ship border

วางเปลือกเรือทีละชิ้น

Place each gunnels

ขึ้นตามโครงสร้างของกงเรือ

according to the structure of the ship rim

ปิดท้องเรือให้สนิท

Seal the bottom of the ship

เอากงสำรองออกและขัดแต่งให้เรียบ

Remove the auxiliary rimsand scrub off the texture

โป๊วแต่งรอยไม้และขัดให้เรียบ

Mend the wood print and scrub off the texture

รองพื้นเพื่อทำสี

Put the foundation to paint

วางกงเรือหลักตามระยะตามแบบเรือจริง

Place the main rims the same distance as in the authentic ships

วางกงรองตามแบบ

Place the minor rims as the plan

วางไม้ประกบกงเรือทั้งลำ

Splice the plywood with the rims

วางม้านั่งตามระยะกงเรือ

Place the bench according to the distance of the rims

ตกแต่งสีและรอยต่อ

Mend the color and joint

ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของลวดลาย

Re-check the details of the design

ติดตั้งงานฉัตรและพาย

Place the tiered umbrellas and oars

ติดตั้งพระที่นั่ง

Place the throne-hall

ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยก่อนส่งมอบ

Re-check the work before delivery
