ขอเชิญพบกับขั้นตอนการผลิตเรือจำลองที่ยิ่งใหญ่ของเรือรบหลวง H.M.S.Victory ซึ่งเป็นเรือรบหลวงที่มีประวัติศาสตร์อันยิ่งใหญ่ของกองทัพเรืออังกฤษ นำโดยกัปตันเรือ " เนลสัน " ที่นำชัยชนะให้กับกองเรือรบหลวง H.M.S.Victory ในยุทธนาวีที่สำคัญๆถึง 5 ครั้ง โดยทางเชวงเรือโบราณได้จำลองเรือย้อนอดีตในความยิ่งใหญ่ของเรือรบหลวงH.M.S.Victory ลำนี้ โดยเรือจำลองลำนี้ได้ผ่าให้เห็นถึงรายละเอียดภายในทุกชิ้นทุกส่วนของอุปกรณ์ภายในเรือจำลองทั้งหมด ซึ่งทุกขั้นตอนการผลิตเรือจำลองจะผลิตตามแบบของเรือจริงของเรือรบหลวง H.M.S.Victory.

วางกระดูกงูและกงเรือสำรองติดกราบเรือขึ้นทีละชิ้น

ขั้นตอนนี้ต้องวางตำแหน่งของแต่ละชั้นให้ตรงตามแบบที่กำหนด

This step needs to place each layer according to the plan.

แนวเส้นต้องให้ได้แนวตั้งแต่หัวถึงท้าย

เจาะผนังด้านที่ต้องการเปิดเพื่อตกแต่ง

Cavern the wall on the desired side for decoration.

เปิดผนังที่เจาะตามแบบออก

เปิดช่องที่ 2 ออกและตกแต่งตามแบบ

เอากงเรือสำรองออกทั้งหมดและใส่กงเรือจริงชั้นที่ 1 แทน

แนวกงเรือจริงชั้นที่ 1 ต้องตรงตามแบบที่กำหนดเพื่อวางกงเรือจริงชั้นที่ 2

The 1^st layer rims must be placed as in the plan to install the 2^nd layer

เจาะรูให้ตรงแนวกงเรือ

ตอกหมุดไม้ตามรูที่เจาะไว้

 ติดเปลือกเรือชั้นที่ 2

Place the 2^nd layer border

 ปูขึ้นตามแบบที่กำหนด

Lay down according to the prescribed plan

 วางแนวให้ได้ระดับและตรงแนวเส้นนอก

 Orient the line and make sure it is

compatible with the outside line

 ขัดตกแต่งหลังติดเปลือกเรือชั้นที่ 2 ครบทั้งลำ

 ติดผนังช่องปืนตามแบบที่กำหนด

ตกแต่งช่องปืนให้เรียบร้อย

Decorate the gun wall

ลงแลดขัดละเอียดครั้งที่ 1

ลงแลดขัดละเอียดจนครบขั้นตอนตามแบบ

Apply shellac and scrub until finish the process prescribed in the process

ตกแต่งขัดละเอียดภายนอก

ตกแต่งช่องเปิดให้เรียบ

Scrub off the opening

ปิดกระดาษทำสีรองพื้น

 รองพื้นทำสี

ตกแต่งรองพื้น

รองพื้นได้ความหนารอแห้งโป๊วสี

Put on the foundation for the 2nd mending

ขัดแต่งความเรียบร้อยของรอยไม้

Mend to plug the wood print

ตกแต่งจนเรียบ

Scrub off the texture

รองพื้นทิ้งให้แห้งรอติดอุปกรณ์ข้างลำเรือ

Wait until the foundation dry to install the tools on the shipside

รองพื้นเรียบทั้ง 2 ด้าน

Put on the foundation on both sides

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระดับ

Re-check the level  

 ติดงานอุปกรณ์ข้างลำเรือตามแบบที่กำหนด

Install the tools on the shipside as in the plan

ติดฐานรอกทั้ง 3 เสา

Install the 3 poles for the tackles

ติดงานคิ้วต่างๆรอบลำเรือ

Place all the molding around the ship

 ตกแต่งงานคิ้วเรียบร้อยปิดกระดาษทำสีจริง

Decorate the molding and cover with the paper 

รอสีจริง 1 แห้งปิดกระดาษกาวทำสีจริง 2

Wait until the 1^st layer paint dry and cover with the 2^nd masking tape

ปิดกระดาษกาวตามแบบที่กำหนด

Cover the masking tape as in the plan  

 ตรวจสอบแนวเส้นให้ถูกก่อนทำสีจริง 2

Re-check the level before the 2^nd layer paint

Re-check the accuracy of the paint, wait until it is dry. Remove the masking tape and finish off the painting process

Place the 2^nd layer keels by placing the keels to be leveled by the plan

วางคานชั้นที่ 2

Install the 2^nd layer of the beams    

วางจุดตำแหน่งที่จะตั้งเสากระโดงเรือทั้ง 3 เสาตามแบบที่กำหนดและวางคานทุกกงเรือ

Mark the spot to install the 3 masts as the plan and place the beams for every rim 

 วางจุดไฟ LED ของชั้นที่ 1

 Mark the spot for LED on the 1^st floor

 ติดตั้งตัวไฟเกินทุกจุดดวงไฟ LED และเชื่อมต่อระบบไฟฟ้าให้ครบวงจร และตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าทั้งหมด

Install the electric overload system on the spot for LED and connect the power circuit, then re-check the overall power system    

ตั้งเสารับคานตามแบบที่กำหนด

Install the poles for the beams    

 วางตงตามแบบที่กำหนด ตรวจสอบความแข็งแรงของงานที่วาง

Place the joist and re-check the strength of the work   

วางอับเฉาท้องเรือ

Place the ballast     

ตกแต่งอุปกรณ์ชั้นที่ 1 ของท้องเรือ

Decorate the tools on the 1^st floor of the ship bottom

วางอุปกรณ์ให้ถูกต้องตามแบบเรือจริง

Place the tools as in the authentic ship   

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง

Re-check the work  

 ทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ชั้นที่ 1 ทั้งหมด

Polish the tools on the 1^st floor

Lay down the tile on the 2^nd floor

Cavern the openings as in the plan     

วางคานชั้นที่ 3

Place the beams for the 3^rd floor

Place the tools on the 2^nd floor    

วางคานและระบบไฟฟ้าชั้นที่ 3

Place the beams and power system on the 3^rd floor    

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานทั้งระบบตามแบบที่กำหนด

Re-check the overall work   

ปูพื้นชั้นที่ 3 ติดตั้งปืนใหญ่ตามจุดที่กำหนด

Lay down the tile on the 3^rd floor and install the gun at the prescribed points

ตกแต่งอุปกรณ์ชั้นที่ 3 ให้ครบและวางคานและระบบไฟฟ้าชั้นที่ 4

Decorate the tools on the 3^rd floor and place the beams and power system of the 4^th floor

ตกแต่งอุปกรณ์ชั้นที่ 4 ตามแบบที่กำหนดและวางคานชั้นที่ 5

Decorate the tools on the 4^th floor and place the beams of the 5^th floor

 วางจุดตำแหน่งสำคัญต่างๆเพื่อรองรับการตั้งเสากระโดงเรือและอื่นๆ

Mark the key points for the masts and others

ตกแต่งช่องเปิดตามความโค้งของงาน

Scrub off the opening follows the curve   

 วางอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมช่องเปิดด้านหน้า

 Install the additional tools on the front opening    

นำไม้ค้ำยันออกตกแต่งช่องเปิดด้านท้าย

Remove the shore and decorate the opening at the tail

Re-check the openings    

ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นส่วนของช่องเปิด

Re-check the tools of the openings    

ทำความสะอาดภายในทุกชั้น

Polish all the tools

Re-check the tiles on the deck

La down the tiles on the deck 

ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้า

Re-check the power system

ตรวจสอบความสว่างของระบบไฟฟ้า

Re-check the brightness    

ตรวจสอบสีของระบบไฟฟ้า

Re-check the color of the light    

ติดตั้งเสากระโดงเรือทั้งหมด วางรอกต่างๆ ระบบเชือกทั้งหมด ติดตั้งและเก็บให้เรียบร้อย

Install the masts, the pulley and tackles      

ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆบนดาดฟ้าเรือ ติดตั้งใบเรือ

Install the tools on the deck and the sailwing   

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานทั้งหมด

Re-check the overall works

 ส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
